Why ANDUFLEX exists
Anyone who plays sport loads the muscles on purpose. What makes the difference is not the training but what comes after. Warming up, recovering and relaxing are three distinct needs that call for different stimuli. ANDUFLEX brings all three together in a device compact enough to always have at hand, with positions defined together with physiotherapists to get the most out of the effect.

What it does
What it does
Three programmes cover the full cycle around an effort. In each programme you set the duration, the intensity of the andullators and of the infrared elements, and you can switch off one of the two zones.
Programme 1
Warming up and muscle stimulation, with a deep impulse that stimulates energy production in the cells and the circulation.
Programme 2
Muscle recovery, reduces tension and supports lymph flow, so waste and lactic acid are removed faster.
Programme 3
Muscle relaxation, a stimulus on the sensory nerves with an immediate calming effect after sport.
Positions
Defined together with partner physiotherapists, so the massage reaches the right muscle groups.
